Frankfurt is not a location that was particularly on my bucket list to visit, purely on the basis that I have not heard much about it. However, when my boyfriend surprised me with Chris Brown Frankfurt concert tickets, I was overwhelmed with excitement and eager to explore the German city.
I was pleasantly surprised by Frankfurt. Frankfurt has a business-like feel with distinctive architecture and striking skyscrapers, yet it also has a traditional and homely feel, with medieval buildings in the old city, riverside paths and beautiful scenery.
As we were doing a lot of walking around the city, it was vital that I dressed for comfort. I teamed my Topshop ripped jeans with a mesh top from Bangkok, a lightweight jacket from Zara and Mui Mui sunglasses. Can you tell that I love grey?
Also, my boyfriend and I brought “his and hers” trainers because we are cool like that; Nike Mayfly Woven – they’re so comfortable!
Like a true tourist on a hop-on-hop-off bus, we hopped off at a botanical exhibit called The ‘Palmengarten’. This place was full of beautiful greenery and greenhouses containing various tropical plants; vibrant and absolutely stunning.
And last, but not least… Chris Brown “One Hell Of A Nite” tour!!! It sure was one hell of a night. Get it? With opening performances from August Alsina, Chris Brown proved that not only is he a great artist, but he is also a great performer. Chris Brown performed several dance routines throughout the show, kept the crowd entertained and was still able to present amazing vocals.
Breezy took me back to my childhood by performing singles such as “yo” from his first debut album, alongside his latest hits. Although majority of the crowd did not recognise the song, I was so proud to represent the UK when Chris performed “Whippin” featured by UK artists Section Boyz.
